Kay Proctor has been bringing life to those around her for a very long time. She is an asset to have anywhere on your team, no matter the role. Always an over-achiever with high expectations for herself, but the beautiful thing is as life has matured her, that has evolved into an brilliant ability to create strategy. And the strategy that she will recommend will be one 1.) that works, 2.) will be easy to understand for the business owner, and 3) will produce results. She is all about making it be workable and easy. What’s not to love about that?

Kay was born in Houston, Texas, growing up in Conroe, Texas. She graduated with honors, tenth in her class at Conroe High School in 1966. She immediately went to Sam Houston State University, completing a B.A. degree in 3 years.
She is a recent widow, with a son, age 22.

Always striving to do her very best, Yvonne used her intelligence and hard work to quickly rise in the burgeoning computer industry of the 1970’s until she was a Region Sales Manager with a major software company managing offices in Houston and Dallas, 24 staff, and a region including 8 states. Through the 80’s Yvonne gained a reputation in sales training and marketing consulting working with entrepreneurs and small practice professionals. In the late 1980’s, Yvonne joined her husband, Ken, in the company he founded which became a major player in the emerging assisted living industry. Yvonne played a significant role in the strategic planning, marketing and management that built the organization until it was purchased by an international publicly-held company and expanded to 25 communities in 8 states with more than 1,000 employees.
Yvonne was born in Blanco, Texas and grew up in San Antonio. She graduated with honors, fourth in her class, at McCollum High School in San Antonio in 1966. Though she had a full scholarship to the prestigious Rice University, the whims of youth took her into the business world early. She has been married to Ken Schick since 1974.
